Hi Buddies!

GFSquad will be doing our first Birthday support project for Eunha's 21st Birthday this year! As we have been for our past projects, we will celebrate again by collecting funds to purchase a wreath to donate under Eunha's name as well as send her a message book! This time however, we will be trying something different and want to involve donors and members of GFS in the project as well! This will be our first project with member involvement! See "GFS Member Project Involvement" below for more details.

DONATIONS

Donation Goal: $650USD (Combined together with SinB's Birthday)

This donation goal will be to cover the cost of purchasing a 50kg rice wreath and message book for both Eunha and SinB (They will both get their own wreath and message book.) All extra donations will then be allocated to a gift for Eunha (See "GFS Member Project Involvement" below for more details).

Minimum Donation Amount: $5.00USD

Donation Period: April 15th, 2017 - May 1st, 2017

Benefits for Donors:

1. A Forum Donation Award added to your profile. Example of previous awards:
    
2. Your forum status will also be changed from "Bud" or "Buddies" to "Donors"
3. A free forum title change. (Post your title change requests here)
4. A chance to win an exclusive 4" x 6" Print of Eunha! (15 available)

GFS MEMBERS PROJECT INVOLVEMENT

To make Buddies feel more involved in our projects, we will be doing our first GFS Member involved project! With this, Buddies can help make decisions on the outcome of the project! (Ex. decide on what wreath to purchase, the wording on the ribbons on the wreath, type of gifts, wrapping of gifts, etc.) 

If we exceed our donation goal, the excess donations will be used to purchase a gift for Eunha! This will be decided jointly with members.

The process for deciding what gifts we will buy will be something like this:

• Take suggestions from Buddies and compile them together
• Create a poll for Buddies to decide on what to purchase
• The winner of the poll will be the gift chosen to be purchased.

**We will try to make this as interactive as possible. However, if we run into unforeseen obstacles that may hinder the project timeline, GFS will make the executive decision on what will be done"**

CURRENT INVOLVEMENT:

Please submit your gift suggestions on this thread for Eunha!

Deadline: May 5th, 2017 @ 11:59 PM KST

• We have approximately ~212USD to use to purchase gifts for Eunha.
• There are certain things that Source Music won't accept.
  • No food products anymore
  • No large appliances and electronics (ie. TV's, refrigerators, etc) since they don't have room in the dorm.
• Please be specific as possible with your suggestions.
• Try to think outside the box with gifts. They've debuted for more than 2 years now so they probably have everything they need. Think of something that would be practical and unique!

RESULTS:

• 170419 - Winner of the Wreath Poll for Eunha was the Rice Wreath!
  
• 170430 - Messages/Fanarts/Doodles submission has end.

To ensure that we are able to compile the wreath and gifts together by Eunha's birthday, there will be a schedule that we will follow:

• Donation Period:
  • April 15th, 2017 - May 1st, 2017
• Message Compilation for Message Book Process:
  • April 24th, 2017 - May 1st, 2017
• Gift Decision Process (if applicable):
  • May 1st, 2017 - May 8th, 2017
• Ordering and Compiling of Gifts:
  • May 1st, 2017 and on

We will gather messages from the Donors to compile into a book to send to them. If there is room we may also put some messages from people who couldn't donate as well.

Umm we may have some staff or members who may donate on your behalf if you send them money through the bank? Where are you from?

Me and my friends who i was talking about is from Indonesia. We decided to pool our donation to one of gfs member here (who have a paypal account), and then she can send it to gfs account.

And I imagine admins can change the donors title manually, right? But will that be a problem?

Not a problem!

Once the donation(s) have been confirmed, I can set the members group to Donors accordingly. During the transaction please list the usernames of the donors for us to reference to.

Will you guys translate english messages into korea?
